Moving Baltic Sea: Call for entries is closed

MOVING BALTIC SEA

You’re a filmmaker, a journalist, a photographer, an environmental activist or would like to become any one of those? You’re interested in presenting and creating your work and sharing your ideas with cultural or environmental activists from other countries? Then you are invited to take part in any one of the following Moving Baltic Sea activities!


Let your movie set sail!

 

We are looking for short films that tell Stories from the Seaside. All genres are welcome. Deadline for entries is 1st of April 2008. The festival program will be selected by an international jury.

 

In order to participate in the competition your film should relate to the topic Stories from the Seaside in a creative way and meet the following criteria:

 

ORIGIN:

Moving Baltic Sea accepts films from Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Russia and Sweden

GENRE:   

All genres are welcome.

LENGTH:

20 minutes maximum.

FORMAT:

DVD or Mini DV (The preview copies cannot be sent back).

LANGUAGE: 

If language is important to your film, it should be subtitled in English.

 

The winning short film will be licenced and broadcasted by the European culture channel ARTE.
